For founders with more than one Stripe account

Know what lands in your bank, before it lands.

Inflowsight puts every Stripe business you run on one screen, in one currency: what's in Stripe, which payouts land when, what's still to bill this month, and who's about to churn. No spreadsheet, no switching between dashboards.

Read-only accessSet up in 2 minutesNo card needed

Monday morning, one screen, every business.

Works with every Stripe account you run: any currency, any mix of monthly and yearly plans.

Sound familiar?

Stripe tells you what happened. You need to know what's coming.

The Stripe dashboard is built for one account and for the past. Once you run more than one business, "am I fine this month?" turns into a spreadsheet you update by hand.

I log into four dashboards and add it up in my head.

Every business lives in its own Stripe account, some in USD, one in EUR. The total only exists in your head.

One screen, one currency, all businesses
I only know if this month works when the payout arrives.

Rent, salaries and taxes are due on fixed dates. Your income isn't, and yearly plans make every month look different.

Every payout and invoice ahead, by day
I notice a failed card when the payout is smaller.

Past-due cards, cancellations and pauses hide in Stripe until the money is already missing.

How it works

Two minutes from sign-up to the full picture.

No OAuth app, no Stripe Connect, no write access. Just a restricted key that can only read, which you can revoke in Stripe at any time.

1

Create a read-only key

One click opens Stripe with exactly the right permissions pre-filled. Everything is set to Read.

2

Paste it, repeat per business

The key is checked right away and stored encrypted. Add every Stripe account you run, one after the other.

Subscriptions, upcoming invoices and payouts sync in the background, and keep themselves fresh from then on.

Forecast

See every dollar that's coming, and when.

Inflowsight takes the next invoice of every subscription straight from Stripe, with discounts and proration, then projects each renewal after it. Click any week to see exactly who pays.

  • Up to 24 months ahead, by day, week or month
  • Yearly plans count in their renewal month, like your bank sees them
  • Cancellations and pauses drop out of the forecast automatically
At risk

Catch the leak before the payout is short.

Failed cards, cancellations at period end and paused subscriptions, in one list with the money behind each. You follow up while there's still time, not after the month is gone.

  • The revenue at stake, totalled for this month
  • One click to the customer in Stripe
  • Across every business, not one account at a time

Saving a single $49 customer covers eight months of Inflowsight.

Payouts

Know what every payout is made of.

A payout of $1,312.40 is not one number. Inflowsight breaks it down by business and product, with refunds and fees, down to the single charge. Your bookkeeping will thank you.

  • Past and planned payouts, by day, week or month
  • Breakdown by product, fees and refunds
  • Each line opens the transactions behind it
Today

The whole situation, before your coffee is cold.

Open Inflowsight on Monday morning and the first screen answers it: how much is in Stripe, what lands this week, what's left to bill, and whether anything needs you.

  • Cash in Stripe, available and pending, per business
  • MRR and ARR with the change versus last month
  • A one-line summary that says if you're on track
Why it pays for itself

Less than a coffee a month. Worth more than that by Monday.

1 customer

saved from churning

Follow up on one past-due card worth $49 a month and you've covered eight months of Inflowsight.

0 spreadsheets

to keep up to date

No exports, no copy and paste between Stripe accounts, no currency maths. It's simply there when you open it.

1 screen

instead of four logins

Every business in one place, so the question "am I fine this month?" takes ten seconds, not half an hour.

Who it's for

Made for people running more than one thing.

A great fit if you…

  • run two or more products or businesses on separate Stripe accounts
  • sell subscriptions or memberships, monthly, yearly or both
  • bill in more than one currency and want one total
  • plan bigger expenses, taxes or hires around your cashflow

Probably not for you if…

  • you have one account with occasional one-off sales; Stripe's dashboard is enough
  • you already have a finance team with a full reporting stack
Everything else

Small things that make it a daily habit.

One currency

EUR, USD and the rest converted into your base currency, with the original amount kept next to it.

Monday summary Soon

An email at 8:00: what landed last week, what lands this week, what's at risk.

MRR movement

New, expansion and churn behind every change, so you know why the number moved.

Customers across businesses

Your top customers by revenue, and how much of your MRR the biggest ones carry.

Made for the phone too

The Today screen fits in one thumb scroll, for a quick look between two calls.

Keeps itself fresh

Background sync whenever data is stale, with a clear note if a key is missing a permission.

Security

It can look. It can't touch.

Inflowsight only ever asks for read permissions. It can't refund, charge, change a price or move a cent, even if someone wanted it to.

  • Read-only restricted keysYou pick the permissions in Stripe, and you can revoke the key there at any time.
  • Encrypted at restKeys are stored encrypted and are never shown again after you paste them.
  • Your data stays yoursNo tracking scripts in the app, no selling, no sharing. Delete an account and its data goes with it.

I run four small businesses, each with its own Stripe account. Every Monday I opened four dashboards and a spreadsheet just to answer one question: is this month fine?

Inflowsight is the tool I built for that. I use it every day, and I hope it saves you the same Monday-morning maths.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Inflowsight made by Stripe?

No. Inflowsight is an independent product that works with Stripe through Stripe's official API. It's not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe.

Why a restricted key instead of "Sign in with Stripe"?

Stripe doesn't let third-party apps list all the accounts you own, so every account would have to authorize separately anyway. A restricted key is simpler, can only read, and you stay in full control in your Stripe dashboard.

What happens after the 14 days?

You choose monthly ($9 a month) or yearly ($6 a month, billed $72 a year) and keep going. If you don't, your account simply pauses. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged by surprise.

Is there a free plan?

No, and that's on purpose. One plan with everything in it keeps the product simple and lets us spend our time on the forecast instead of on limits. The trial gives you the full product for 14 days.

How is this different from Stripe's MRR?

Stripe spreads a yearly plan over twelve months. Inflowsight shows what really bills in a given month: a yearly plan counts in its renewal month. That's the number that matches your bank account.

How accurate is the forecast?

The next invoice of every subscription comes straight from Stripe, including discounts, proration and tax. Renewals after that are projected from the subscription's prices and stop at any scheduled cancellation.

I have accounts in USD and EUR. Does that work?

Yes. Pick a base currency (USD by default) and Inflowsight converts everything with daily rates. The original amount is always shown next to the converted one.

Can I cancel or delete my data?

Yes, anytime. Removing a Stripe account deletes its key and every record synced from it. Deleting your Inflowsight account removes everything.
